Administrators log in to the application to manage their fleets. JDM Pro is provided as Application Service Provider (ASP) software, where Jeppesen hosts and maintains the application.

Companies can also host JDM Pro themselves with JDM Pro Local Edition (JDM Pro LE). JDM Pro is one application in a suite of applications that administrators use to ensure that the pilots in their fleet have the appropriate data on their mobile devices.
