About devices

A device in Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro) represents a specific mobile device in your fleet, such as a pilot's iPad.

You can use JDM Pro to add the device to a distribution group. When you add it to a group, the device receives the content that JDM Pro makes available to that group.

When you first set up JDM Pro with Jeppesen, you create an initial list of devices. As you work with the application, you can add, edit, or delete devices to correspond to the mobile devices in your fleet.
