Device status
After a device communicates with Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro), the device status updates to show information that the mobile device reports when it connects to JDM Pro. You can see the device status in the Device Status column of the Devices page.
Devices can appear in one of the following device statuses:
- Created
- The device is created in JDM Pro, but hasn't registered.
- Inactive

The device is deactivated.
If a device is inactive, the user can reactivate it by opening a Jeppesen or Boeing application and checking for updates.
- Registered

The device is registered with JDM Pro, but hasn't yet reported its configuration.
If the user manually unregisters a device, the state reverts to Created.
- Out of Contact
- The device didn't contact JDM Pro in the most recent 30 days.
