  This guide provides detailed instructions for using Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro). It includes initial setup instructions, information about the various parts of the application, and steps to complete common tasks.
- Overview
  Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro) is a web-based application that administrators use to distribute data to mobile devices that run Jeppesen and Boeing applications, such as FliteDeck Pro. Administrators log in to the application to manage their fleets. JDM Pro is provided as Application Service Provider (ASP) software, where Jeppesen hosts and maintains the application.

  - About Boeing Distribution Manager
    Boeing Distribution Manager (BDM) provides many of the same features as you would find in Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro). However, BDM only supports Boeing applications. BDM doesn't support Jeppesen applications, such as FliteDeck Pro.

    You can sign in to Boeing Distribution Manager (BDM) using the direct-access URL.
  - Signing in to BDM from your MyBoeingFleet account
    You can log in to Boeing Distribution Manager (BDM) using your MyBoeingFleet account. My Boeing Fleet and BDM require separate user names and passwords.

Using the BDM menu

The Boeing Distribution Manager (BDM) menu is available from any page within BDM.

About this task

Use the menu to access the following pages:

Devices: The Devices page displays a list of devices in your fleet.
Content: The Content page displays a list of content that your organization subscribes to. For more information about the Contents page.
Distribution Groups: The Distribution Groups page displays a list of distribution groups in your fleet. For more information about the Distribution Groups page.
Help: The Help file is an online version of the Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro) User Guide. When you select Help, BDM displays the Help page, which includes links to documentation and provides system information.

Procedure

Select the BDM menu button in the upper left corner of any page.
Select an option from the menu.
JDM Pro displays the page or information that you selected.
