Resetting your account password

Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro) doesn't let you recover a forgotten password. If you forget your password, you must reset it. You can reset your password from the JDM Pro Log In page.

Procedure

  1. On the JDM Pro Log In page, select Reset Password.

  2. Enter your user name, and select Send Request.

  3. Select the link that you received through email.

  4. Enter and reenter your new password.

  5. Select Reset.
    JDM Pro shows a notification and sends an email about the status of your password reset.

  6. To sign in, go to the JDM Pro Log In page.
