Resetting your account password
Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro) doesn't let you recover a forgotten password. If you forget your password, you must reset it. You can reset your password from the JDM Pro Log In page.
Procedure

On the JDM Pro
Log In page, select Reset Password.
The Account Recovery screen appears.

Enter your user name, and select Send Request.
JDM Pro sends a link to your email address.

Select the link that you received through email.
The Account Recovery screen appears.

Enter and reenter your new password.

Select Reset.
JDM Pro shows a notification and sends an email about the status of your password reset.
