Deleting user profiles

If a user is no longer authorized to use JDM Pro, or a user profile is no longer needed, you can delete that user profile from Jeppesen Distribution Manager Pro (JDM Pro). After you delete a user profile, that user can no longer access JDM Pro.

About this task

Note: You can't delete your own user profile.

If you delete a user who is signed in to JDM Pro, that user's session continues until the user signs out or the system times out.

Procedure

  1. From the JDM Pro menu, select Users.
  2. Select the checkbox for each user profile that you want to delete.
  3. Select the kebab menu, and then select Delete.

    JDM Pro displays the Confirm Delete dialog, which shows the number of users that you're about to delete.

  4. Select Delete.
    JDM Pro deletes the selected user profiles from the system.
